Amendments to sections 135 and 136 of the Mental Health Act 1983 come into force today. Ensure that you are using the updated MH70 (version 700001). 

11/12/2017: REMINDER - LAND REGISTRY 

The updated LRDJP (version 700021) must be used from today to remove the name of a deceased joint proprietor from the register. 

09/12/2017: REMINDER - INSOLVENCY 

The new 600 form must be used to notify of a liquidator appointment made on or after today, in a members' or creditors' voluntary winding up. Contact your account manager if you require this form.
