From your very first day you are welcomed by the Advanced University into a learning environment for professional development whatever your job, skills or background.

Courses are delivered across all our offices throughout the UK and online via webex so you can learn at your own pace. The University provides learning opportunities across five knowledge domains representing the functional areas of personal development, management skills, service skills, commercial skills and technology. In addition to scheduled courses, we actively promote management development programmes that provide additional skills for high potential staff across the Group.
